这张「camomile / 挪威甘菊」是藤田惠美于2003年首次以个人名义发行的专辑。「camomile / 甘菊」是种可以拿来作成茶包的花类，喝起来没有像玫瑰花茶那样的浓郁，但却带着淡雅的气味。正如Emi清淡温暖、充满透明感无杂质的歌声，让人得到压力全消的轻松与舒适感。
在专辑中，Emi将许多欧美经典名曲做了许多完全不同的诠释，像是史汀的「Fields of Gold」、老鹰合唱团的「Desperado」、披头四的「In my life」、「第六感生死恋」主题曲「Unchained Melody」等等，优美的歌声，编织出一幅幅似乎只要闭上眼睛就可以从心底看见的美丽风景。
